Arthur Stephen
Born November 22, 1954 in Vancouver, British Columbia
Starting with cel animation during high school and undergraduate years, Stephen turned to experimental films, then to a master of fine arts degree in film production, followed by authoring of six original feature screenplays, survival as a technical writer, a master of science degree, and finally a return to animation using a computer to manipulate 2D images.
