Stevens Barry
Barry Stevens began his 25-year film career writing drama, and then switched to documentary, writing such films as the International Emmy Award-winning Gerrie & Louise (1997), about the South African Truth Commission. His films as director include The Bomber's Dream (2006) - Silver Chris Award, WGC Award; and Offspring (2001), about Stevens' search for his own sperm-donor father - Donald Brittain Award, IDFA Audience Award, nominated for an Emmy and a Grierson.
