Mackenzie Shelagh
Born in Alberta, Shelagh Mackenzie graduated from Trinity College, University of Toronto, with an honors degree in English. She joined the CBC in 1960, and came to the National Film Board six years later. She brought her experience as a researcher and an editor to the NFB's Atlantic Centre when it opened in April 1973, and she became the regional executive producer in 1985. Since August 1987, she has been a producer with the Atlantic Centre.
